The BINGOOO online help provides you with the right answers to your questions:

To find the right topic for your question, you click on the commands Contents or Index under the menu Help.

Contents:
Shows you the structure of the help file: Within the contents you find various chapters (marked by a book symbol) describing the general subject the individual topics refer to. If you open a chapter, you will see the individual topics or further sub-chapters. You can open a certain topic with a mouse click.

Index:
shows you all kind of keywords which enable you to find detailed information referring to certain subjects. The keywords are listed in alphabetical order. You can either scroll up all the index entries until you have found the one you are looking for, and get help on this term by double-clicking on it, or you enter a specific keyword into the keyword line and finish with 'Enter'. The help topic will then be presented in the right-hand panel of the help window.
